Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 4 business days after your order is placed via regular ground Fedex/USPS, unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email. Shipments are from New York State and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@100coconuts.com.

What if my package does not arrive?

E-mail us at hello@100coconuts.com. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve, though please note we are not responsible for errors in order or address entry which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver..

What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact hello@100coconuts.com within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Damages & Refunds

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

E-mail us at hello@100coconuts.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.

What do I do if I want a refund?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with 100 Coconuts, please send us an email at hello@100coconuts.com within 14 days of receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase.
