In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with 100 Coconuts, please send us an email athello@100coconuts.comwithin 14 days of receipt of your package and we will refund your purchase.
We only offer refunds on online orders that were damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Orders ship within 4 business days after your order is placed via regular ground Fedex/USPS unless we inform you otherwise on the website or by email. Shipments are from New York State and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped ground and we are not able to expedite shipping.
Delivery is currently only available throughout the contiguous United States. 100 Coconuts is available on Amazon in the UK.
